MEET OUR GUEST LECTURER

Michael Olatunbosun brings over 14 years of rich experience to the field of broadcast journalism. He operates from Splash FM 105.5 in Ibadan, excelling as both a producer and presenter for the acclaimed programs "Talking Points" and "Books Splash," which respectively delve into current affairs and promote reading culture.

Beyond his broadcasting role, Michael is a notable book reviewer, with his insightful critiques featured on platforms like https://theeagleonline.com.ng/author/asiwaju/. His dedication to truth and accuracy is further evident in his role as a fact-checker, having served as the 2021 Dubawa/Kwame Karikari Fact-Checking Fellow.

Passionate about advocating for child rights, Michael stands as the 2017 recipient of the Malala Grant for Child Rights Advocacy. His multifaceted talents extend to writing, teaching, and training, with his current position as the Head of Training at Splash FM Media Academy in Ibadan.

Actively engaged in various associations and coalitions, Michael demonstrates his commitment to societal progress. He holds memberships in esteemed groups such as the Freedom of Information (FOI) Network, the Civil Society Coalition on Sustainable Development Goals, and the Association of Nigerian Authors.
