Ibadan Book Club congratulates Jide Ogunlana for winning 2021 ANA Prize for Children Literature

 

IBADAN BOOK CLUB CONGRATULATES JIDE OGUNLANA FOR WINNING 2021 ANA PRIZE FOR CHILDREN LITERATURE


 

Executives and Members of Ibadan Book Club (IBC) have congratulated Children writer, Editor and Publisher, Jide Ogunlana for winning the 2021 ANA Prize for Children Literature with his book, “A Girl Called Corona Sofia”.

 

Ibadan Book Club in a congratulatory message issued on Monday by the Coordinator and Secretary of the Club, Ayobami Odunyemi and Mary Ndukwo said Jide Ogunlana had brought glory and pride to Ibadan and Oyo State.

 

According to the release, “We are proud to know that you have won the 2021 edition of ANA Prize for Children Literature with your book “A Girl Called Corona Sofia”. This exciting news of you winning the award has filled us with extreme joy and pleasure. It’s difficult to express this joy in terms of words.”

Ibadan Book Club finally rejoiced with the family and friends of Jide Ogunlana insisting that his literary prowess had brought glory and pride to Ibadan and Oyo State as a state.
